Sales Associate

This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based in the Eleventy department store concession in Greater London and focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience in a retail environment. The Sales Associate will greet and assist customers, provide product information, and guide purchases to meet individual needs and preferences. Daily responsibilities include maintaining store presentation, replenishing stock, processing transactions accurately, and handling returns or exchanges in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and retail experience, including working toward targets, managing point-of-sale systems, and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple customer needs, maintain store presentation, and prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues, addressing questions, and supporting team members.
• Adaptability and resilience, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and support flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a positive store culture.
• Basic numeracy and computer skills for handling transactions, inventory checks, and simple reporting tasks.
• Previous experience in retail, fashion is mandatory, as is knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Greater London.
