It’s a role built on relationships, not transactions: private appointments, returning clients, pieces that mean something. Your New Role
- Convert footfall into sales through confident, consultative selling
- Build a client book through proactive clienteling and private appointments
- Deliver a considered experience to high-net-worth and international clients
- Develop deep expertise in gemstones, craftsmanship and bespoke services
- Manage after-sales service, including repairs, resizing and product care
- Keep CRM records precise and stock managed with the same care
- Support private events, activations and client appointments
- Feed client feedback and market insight back to senior management

Your Talents
- You’ve spent at least two years in fine or luxury jewellery, and you’ve built a client book from scratch rather than inherited one.
- High-net-worth and international clients feel comfortable with you because you’re discreet as much as you’re polished.
- Experience in a leading department store or prestigious jewellery environment would help you settle in fast.
- Arabic or French would open doors with this particular clientele.
