About the Role
The role is for an eFX Sales Associate charged with expanding the client base of iSAM Securities through effective origination and ongoing relationship management to increase the company’s market share. The candidate will be required to engage with the firm’s full suite of products, across leveraged FX & CFD, principal FX & PM market making & our technology services.

Responsibilities
- Proactive Lead generation and sales prospecting.
- Targeted outbound sales effort to senior business decision makers.
- Qualify new leads proactively utilising different sales techniques and a solution-based approach.
- Follow up prospected business opportunities by consistently managing sales tasks and CRM in an organised accurate manner.
- Drive client engagement through product demonstration and persuasive pitch presentation.
- Advance the most relevant opportunities in the sales funnel and build a prospective pipeline.
- Attend face to face meeting with prospecting clients along with the Senior Sales team.
- Attend sales meeting to discuss reports on lead generation, activity performance and pipeline management.
- Optimise revenue in partnership with the Electronic Trading, Quant Research & Client Service teams.
- Work with onboarding to streamline the client transition process to ensure reputational integrity from point of contact.
- Feedback market intelligence to the partner teams driving product strategy and competitive positioning.
- Complete required regulatory and compliance training, whilst upholding and promoting the values of the firm both internally and externally.

Qualifications
- Relevant Sales experience
- Degree educated in a relevant field
- Strong analytical stills
- Some coding experience (e.g. Python) preferred but not a necessity
- Personable, commercially minded individual with a natural ability to engage and influence
- Able to develop relationships quickly and sustain meaningful client conversations
- Confident, articulate communicator with a client-focused mindset
