Our teams build the relationships that bring our products to life, partnering closely with customers across markets, channels and occasions to make sure our brands are part of moments that matter everywhere.

About the Team

You’ll join a passionate retail team focused on creating exceptional experiences for customers from around the world. Combining luxury service, expert product knowledge and storytelling, the team helps customers discover our portfolio while building lasting relationships and delivering strong commercial performance.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be much more than a retail colleague — you’ll be a Brand Ambassador. You’ll combine exceptional service, product expertise and a commercial mindset to create memorable experiences, build lasting client relationships and help deliver our sales ambitions.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and personalised customer experiences, taking the time to understand individual needs and exceed expectations.
  • Bring our brands to life through compelling storytelling, product knowledge, tastings, masterclasses and other experiential moments.
  • Drive commercial performance through confident selling, cross-selling and up-selling while contributing to individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, using customer relationship management tools to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Maintain high operational standards across point-of-sale systems, stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Continually develop your knowledge across spirits, beer, wine and non-alcoholic categories through training, tastings and self-learning.

This is an opportunity to develop your expertise within luxury and experiential retail while representing some of the world’s most iconic drinks brands. You’ll build your commercial skills, deepen your product knowledge and create meaningful connections with a diverse, international clientele.

Experience / Skills Required

This could be the right opportunity for you if you have:

  • Experience within retail, hospitality, luxury or another customer-facing sales environment.
  • Strong communication, storytelling and relationship-building skills, with a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
  • A commercial mindset and confidence working towards sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine interest in luxury drinks, product knowledge and experiential retail.
  • A professional, organised and collaborative approach, with the ability to adapt to different customers and situations.
  • Experience using point-of-sale, customer relationship management or other retail technology systems would be beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods as required.
