Sales Associate - Rolex Boutique at Harrods
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in the Rolex boutique at Harrods, where you will create world-class customer experiences. As the face of two iconic brands, you are driven by a passion for our customers, products, and delivering best-in-class service.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Put customers at the heart of everything you do.
- Build deep customer relationships and demonstrate exceptional product and Rolex knowledge.
- Support both the Rolex Brand Manager and Retail Manager in achieving boutique sales targets.
- Contribute to both team and individual sales objectives.
- Partner to achieve Rolex-specific NPS and service KPIs while upholding strict Rolex brand and service standards.
You will:
- Build and maintain expert knowledge of Rolex collections, technical features, and service propositions.
- Develop strong awareness across the wider store to enhance credibility and deliver informed, value-adding client recommendations.
- Complete all Rolex Advisor, external, and in-boutique training to deepen product expertise and deliver an outstanding, brand-aligned client journey.
- Support performance by ensuring balanced Rolex sales across core collections and reference diversity targets.
- Drive Rolex sales growth by accurately identifying client needs and recommending suitable complementary or alternative Rolex references.
- Monitor Rolex boutique sales performance, tracking achievement against targets and KPIs.
- Align with a collaborative team culture united with both Rolex values and Harrods service standards.

This role is fully on-site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong sales experience within the luxury sector.
- A genuine passion for Rolex watchmaking, heritage, and the wider luxury watch industry.
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships with Rolex brand representatives and key stakeholders.
You will also:
- Acquire in-depth Rolex product knowledge and complete all required training and certifications.
- Provide boutique cover as required, seamlessly supporting colleagues to ensure a consistently exceptional Rolex client experience.
- Actively seek and apply feedback from managers, colleagues, and relevant departments to support collective performance and continuous improvement within the Rolex business.
- Stay informed about store-wide and Rolex-specific initiatives and services, building strong cross-department relationships to support a seamless client journey.
