Role: Sales Associate - ARNE | Six-Month Fixed-Term PART TIME Contract

Location: Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent

Salary: £14.00 per hour

Contract: Part Time

Start date: Mid-October 2026

The Sales Associate Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of ARNE. You will create an exceptional experience for every customer, helping them discover the brand, find the right product and leave wanting to come back. You will bring energy to the shop floor, know the product inside out and work closely with your team to keep the store looking great and performing strongly.

What The Sales Associate Will Be Doing

  • Welcoming and engaging customers throughout their journey in store
  • Building rapport, sharing product knowledge and making relevant recommendations
  • Supporting customers with enquiries, after-sales questions and returns
  • Staying up to date with product launches, campaigns and key trends
  • Driving sales through authentic, confident and customer-first conversations
  • Processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly
  • Supporting visual standards, replenishment and general store presentation
  • Working as one team to deliver a brilliant experience, even at the busiest times

About The Sales Associate:

You care about what you do and take pride in doing things properly. You bring energy, stay humble and do not let ego get in the way. You are the kind of person who gets stuck in, solves problems and follows through on what you say you are going to do. No job is beneath you, you put the customer first, and when things do not go to plan, you adapt, find a way forward and go again. You think, you act and you get stuff done.

  • A natural ability to connect with people and make customers feel welcome
  • Previous retail, hospitality, sales or customer-service experience
  • Confidence using a till or point-of-sale system
  • A genuine interest in fashion, product and customer experience
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
