Role Description: Sales Associate
Build Halt is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Associate to help us generate new business opportunities and introduce our growing workforce management platform to potential clients.
Build Halt is being developed to help businesses manage employees, tasks, schedules, attendance, projects, communication, and field operations—all from one platform.

Your responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, and telephone outreach
- Introduce Build Halt and explain how the platform can support business operations
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Arrange product demonstrations and introductory meetings
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow-ups
- Provide feedback on market needs and customer requirements
- Work closely with the Build Halt development and management teams
Who we’re looking for
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence contacting business owners and decision-makers
- A proactive, organized, and results-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups
- Interest in technology, SaaS, or workforce management solutions
