Hybrid Mind Consulting is a rapidly growing AI and data consultancy helping major organisations turn ambitious ideas into real, working technology.

We’re looking for two commercially driven Sales Associates to join our Manchester team. This is a varied role combining new business development, account growth and the recruitment of high-quality technology specialists for our client projects.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Building relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Growing your network across the AI, data and technology market
  • Sourcing and engaging specialist consultants
  • Managing opportunities from initial conversation through to placement
  • Working closely with our delivery and leadership teams
  • Building a strong understanding of our services and the problems we solve for clients

What we’re looking for

  • At least three years’ experience in sales, recruitment or a similar commercial role
  • A proven track record of developing relationships and generating revenue
  • Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
  • Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, competitive and ambitious mindset
  • An interest in AI, technology and the changing world of work

You don’t need to be an AI expert. We’ll give you the training and support needed to understand the market and speak confidently about what we do.
