Sales Associate – Luxury Womenswear

Mayfair, London | Full-time

We are partnering with a beautiful luxury womenswear brand to recruit an experienced Sales Associate for its Mayfair boutique.

This is an exciting opportunity for a polished and commercially minded individual who is passionate about luxury fashion, exceptional service, and building lasting relationships with an international clientele.

The role:

  • Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised client experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop a loyal client book through proactive outreach and clienteling
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets
  • Provide expert styling and product recommendations
  • Support private appointments, VIP clients, and boutique events
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and brand standards
  • Develop an excellent understanding of the collections, craftsmanship, and brand story
  • Support daily boutique operations, stock management, and after-sales service
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a welcoming and elevated environment

  • Previous sales experience within luxury or premium fashion
  • A proven ability to build client relationships and deliver against targets
  • Confident providing a personalised styling and clienteling service
  • Polished, warm, and highly professional
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and results-driven
  • Passionate about luxury womenswear and exceptional craftsmanship
  • Comfortable working with both UK-based and international clients
  • Additional languages would be beneficial but are not essential
  • Flexible to work weekends and across the boutique rota
