We are seeking an exceptional Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury beauty environment, representing a heritage fragrance and beauty house renowned for its craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and distinctive approach to luxury.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and client-focused individual with a genuine interest in beauty, fragrance, and luxury retail. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience, building meaningful relationships, and embodying the values of refined service and elegance.
The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a high elevated client service experience at every interaction. Through your approach, presence, and product expertise, you will introduce clients to the world of the house and ensure each visit feels personal, memorable, and exceptional.
You will:
- Deliver a sophisticated and personalised luxury selling ceremony, from welcoming and discovery through to product recommendation and after-sales engagement.
- Build strong and lasting client relationships through exceptional service and a genuine understanding of individual client needs.
- Demonstrate a natural approach and elegance, reflecting the standards and heritage of a prestigious luxury house.
- Develop extensive product and brand knowledge through in-depth training, becoming a trusted advisor in fragrance and beauty.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and introduce clients to complementary products and categories.
- Support and develop clienteling through CRM activities, including client outreach, follow-ups, invitations, and relationship-building initiatives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Create a welcoming and inspiring environment that encourages clients to discover, experience, and engage with the collection.
- Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, grooming, product merchandising, and overall counter environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider retail teams to deliver a seamless luxury experience.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in beauty, fragrance, and luxury.
- Has previous experience within luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or another high-service environment.
- Understands the importance of elevated client service and exceeding expectations.
- Has a naturally warm, confident, and sophisticated approach to clients.
- Demonstrates approach and elegance in both communication and presentation.
- Is commercially minded, with a strong understanding of selling, cross-selling, and achieving targets.
- Enjoys developing long-term client relationships and is confident engaging with CRM activities and clienteling.
- Is curious, motivated, and eager to learn, with the ability to absorb and apply in-depth training.
- Is passionate about delivering memorable experiences rather than simply completing transactions.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.
