Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based in Greater London. The Sales Associate will welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide product information and recommendations to support informed purchasing decisions. The role involves handling transactions, processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records in the point-of-sale system. The Sales Associate will also restock shelves, ensure merchandise is presented to brand standards, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting individual and team sales targets, following up with customers when appropriate, and collaborating with colleagues and management to support store promotions and customer service initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide engaging, customer-focused service and build positive relationships with a diverse range of customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and active listening.
  • Comfort with basic numeracy and use of point-of-sale systems or similar retail technology.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greater London, including flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail in handling transactions, merchandising products, and following store procedures.
  • Collaborative approach to working in a team, with a positive, professional attitude and reliability.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is beneficial but not strictly required; willingness to learn and participate in training is essential.
