Sales Associate, Impactable Investment Group
Guildford, Surrey (hybrid, typically 2 days per week in the office) | Competitive base, plus bonus, plus equity participation (via EMI scheme).
About us
Impactable Investment Group is a majority employee-owned impact investment firm focused on Emerging Markets private credit. We build fund and bond products to institutional standards, so that investors can earn competitive returns while financing companies that improve lives and livelihoods across Africa, Asia and Latin America.
We are small, growing fast and entrepreneurial. People who join us are treated as partners in building the business, not employees filling a seat.
The role
You will work alongside our senior sales professionals, representing Impactable to institutional investors and learning the business from the inside. Because we are a small team, you will be involved in the whole sales process from day one, with real responsibility and direct client exposure, while building your knowledge of impact investing and private markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
