About the Company
We are thrilled to be opening a brand-new Ernest Jones flagship store at Westfield Stratford City, a bold, beautiful space designed to elevate the customer experience and showcase our exceptional jewellery and watch collections. Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service, creating amazing experiences and lasting memories for our customers.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter, helping to bring our flagship vision to life and deliver exceptional moments for our customers. As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you’ll play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop outstanding product knowledge and real jewellery expertise to share with customers.
- Build your knowledge as new products are introduced in store to deal with every type of customer enquiry.

Qualifications
You’ll have a passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences. While you may not specifically have jewellery experience, you will certainly have an interest in jewellery products and brands.
Required Skills
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- A natural ability for striking up a conversation with a diverse range of customers.
- Excellent Customer Service
Pay range and compensation package
We offer a competitive salary and benefits, including sales incentives and a staff discount. The nature of our business also means you can sometimes work additional hours at times like peak trading periods, Bank Holidays and weekends.
