About the Company
We started in 2011 with one engineer's belief: that great technology shouldn't be complicated, fragile, or out of reach. Founded by Steven Yang, we grew from a small team into one of the world's leading consumer-electronics brands, earning trust product by product. Today our family spans Soundcore audio, eufy smart home, Nebula projectors, and Anker SOLIX energy — each built on one idea: make technology that simply works, then keep making it better. That idea runs deeper than our products. We work by first principles, the pursuit of excellence, and growing together — we start from what's true rather than conventional, hold ourselves to a standard that keeps rising, and build each other up as we go. Our mission is relentless innovation that unlocks new possibilities, and our ambition is to be a brand the world genuinely loves. Now we're bringing that same energy to our own retail stores — places where online and in-store blend into one seamless visit, and where our people are the difference.
About the Role
This is not a shelf-stacking job. You'll be the warm, energised first hello that turns a passer-by into a customer — an ambassador for Anker on the shop floor. One moment you're helping someone pick their first power bank, the next you're kitting out a family's whole smart home. You'll demo the tech, match people to the product that fits their life, and own the moment they go from browsing to believing — the moment they're so delighted they can't wait to tell someone about it. You'll build real product knowledge — not just memorise specs — across Anker Charging, Soundcore Audio, eufy Smart Home and Anker SOLIX, so every recommendation is genuinely right for the person in front of you. And you'll keep that fresh, bringing new launches to life through demos and in-store events. You'll also master the whole journey — click & collect, returns, our app in store. When the floor's quiet, you'll pitch in wherever the team needs you, from sales floor to stockroom — and through it all, handle customer data with care and discretion, and help build a place that's open, respectful, and inclusive, somewhere both customers and colleagues look forward to being.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
