Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Technical Sales Associate. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in sales, technology solutions, and business management while pursuing a Chartered Business Management Degree at The University of Reading Henley Business School. The position offers a unique blend of on-the-job training and academic development, preparing you for a successful technical sales career at WWT.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in 4-6 months of classroom-led training to gain in-depth knowledge of WWT, including:
- Learning to present the WWT corporate overview and WWT key differentiators
- Understanding WWT’s diverse technology solutions and how these can solve customers' most complex technology problems
- Familiarizing yourself with WWT’s go-to-market strategy
- Engage in WWT’s book club to enhance knowledge and critical thinking skills.
- Immerse yourself in WWT culture and how it is embedded in everything we do by learning and practicing our core values.
- Research the latest technology developments and how these impact customer accounts.
- Participate in online training via Amplify to complement classroom-based learning.
- Develop and refine sales techniques through structured learning and practice.
- Complete rotational assignments across WWT’s business units to gain hands-on experience and understanding of the full sales lifecycle.

- Academic Component: Study for a Chartered Business Management Degree at The University of Reading Henley Business School.
- Complete various partner sales/technical accreditation and learning paths.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualifications: A-level grades ABB or equivalent work experience.
- Strong interest in technology, sales, and business management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Location
This role is based in London, with a requirement to be on-site for the first 6 months of the program.
