JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team at Bicester Village on a permanent basis. As a brand ambassador for Burberry, you will create exceptional customer experiences, build meaningful client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the store. Combining luxury retail expertise with a customer-first mindset, you will bring our products and heritage to life while supporting commercial performance. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering the Burberry Experience and driving long-term client engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets while supporting key retail growth initiatives.
- Deliver the Burberry Experience through every customer interaction, creating memorable and personalised experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and provide tailored recommendations that meet customer needs.
- Support the success of all product categories by identifying opportunities to maximise sales and client engagement.
- Contribute to operational excellence by following store processes, maintaining presentation standards and supporting team objectives.

PERSONAL PROFILE
- Previous experience within luxury retail or a premium customer-facing environment.
- Strong sales and clientelling skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Additional language skills are highly valued and will support an international customer base.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive, organised and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
