The Opportunity
Antler is a modern, globally recognised British travel brand with over 110 years of heritage — reimagined for today's traveller. Our Regent Street flagship store is a key part of how we bring the brand to life on the high street, and we're looking for part-time Brand Ambassadors to join the team.
This role is 2 days per week, with occasional flexibility to increase hours as we head into our peak trading periods. It's a great fit for students or anyone looking for a part-time role with a premium brand — no previous retail experience is required, just the right attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for people and great service.
You won't just be selling luggage — you'll be the first point of connection for our customers, helping them find the perfect product and delivering a warm, premium experience that reflects the quality of Antler itself.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers warmly and delivering a friendly, premium service that reflects the Antler brand.
- Helping customers find the right luggage, bags, and accessories for their needs.
- Learning and sharing product knowledge — materials, features, sizing, and care.
- Contributing to daily and weekly team sales goals.
- Keeping the store looking beautiful, tidy, and presented to brand standards at all times.
- Supporting daily store operations — restocking shelves, managing stock, and operating the till.
- Lifting and moving stock deliveries as required — a regular and physical part of the role.
- Helping out with in-store events, product launches, and special brand moments.
- Being a reliable, positive, and collaborative member of the store team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
