Sales Associate
Sales Associate supporting both the Commcise and Substantive Research sales and account management teams. The role will involve significant involvement in various projects relating to new product launches and regulatory developments, primarily in the investment research space.
Key Accountabilities
- Support Commcise & SR CEO and Head of Sales on new business projects and product launches
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and product specialists to advance prospects from qualification to closing
- Stay up to date with the Commcise software platform functionality, new enhancements, and evolving demands of both buy-side and sell-side firms within the investment research space
- Develop deep understanding of Substantive Research benchmarking analytics products
- Engage with clients, prospects, and 3rd parties to enhance and grow the Commcise & Substantive Research network
- Support sales teams on live deal situations whilst growing own knowledge on the strategy and approach to selling enterprise software.
- Client facing skills with ability to establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders at target firms
- Self-motivated with an ability to exhibit productivity in an independent setting
- Resourceful, focused, well organised and disciplined
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Strong ability to understand and gather requirements from clients
- Knowledge of the Investment Research market
- Knowledge of buy-side and sell-side dynamic as it pertains to Investment Research

- Bachelor or equivalent degree from accredited university
