Sales Associate - Entry Level Role
Central London - Immediate starts available (Full-time equivalent)
Looking for a fresh start, a new challenge or an opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience? No previous sales experience? No problem!
Our client is an established and growing sales and marketing company based in Central London, representing recognised brands and non-profit organisations through face-to-face residential sales and customer acquisition campaigns across London.
They're looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding team. This is a long-term opportunity for those who enjoy meeting new people, working in an energetic environment and gaining practical sales experience.
With client training, daily upskilling sessions and hands-on support available, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!
What They're Looking For
- Confident & Approachable: Enjoys meeting new people and building rapport.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, motivated and proactive.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to Learn: Open to client training and practical experience.
- Long-Term Commitment: Seeking a consistent opportunity, not temporary or seasonal work.
- Availability: Able to commit to 4–5 full days per week. Not suitable for current students, including international students.

- Weekly Earnings: Brand Awareness Fee (a daily fee for representing a client for a full day, where applicable), plus uncapped commission and performance incentives. Earnings settled weekly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Representing recognised brands and non-profit organisations through residential sales campaigns across London.
- Engaging with members of the public and building positive customer relationships.
- Supporting brand awareness and face-to-face customer acquisition.
- Communicating information about client campaigns and services.
- Working towards individual and team goals.
- Attending client training and daily upskilling sessions.

Our client welcomes graduates and candidates with any previous work experience in the following roles: customer service, sales representative, sales executive, direct sales, field sales, retail, call centre, bar work, hospitality, front of house, direct marketing, sales assistant, canvassing, and any other customer service or sales role.
The roles are based in Central London - Immediate Start Available!
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week.
