Sales Associate - No Experience Required Full-Time Equivalent Availability, Immediate Starts Available

Are you looking to build experience in a customer-facing sales and marketing environment? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Are you a positive, goal-driven individual who loves connecting with people?

Our client in Croydon is expanding and is looking for Entry Level Sales Associates to join their team in a fast-paced, face-to-face customer engagement role. This opportunity focuses on developing communication skills, customer interaction, and brand representation across client campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with customers face-to-face in residential environments across the Croydon area
  • Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns
  • Communicating brand messaging in a professional and engaging manner
  • Working as part of a team in a target-driven environment
  • Representing well-known clients in a customer-facing role

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills with a professional standard of English
  • Confidence engaging with people face-to-face
  • A strong work ethic and team-focused mindset
  • Full-time equivalent availability (minimum 4–5 full working days per week, Monday–Saturday)
