Position: Sales Associate (full-time)

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate at FRAME, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals. Your passion for fashion, attention to detail, and ability to connect with clients will ensure an outstanding in-store experience.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized styling advice and follow-up.

Sales Performance

  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary products where appropriate.
  • Contribute to store profitability by maximizing sales opportunities.

Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying FRAME’s values and aesthetic.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of FRAME’s collections, materials, and fit.

Store Operations

  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist in receiving and processing shipments, and replenishing stock as needed.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with your team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, product training sessions, and feedback discussions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ retail or sales experience in a high-end environment.
  • A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Experience with POS systems or retail software is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with retail KPIs and sales performance metrics.
  • Working proficiency in English is required.
  • Additional language skills are appreciated.
  • A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality.
  • Work authorization for the UK.
