Overview
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, commercially minded and customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate / Keyholder to join a premium fashion retail team. The ideal candidate will be a strong seller with a proven ability to build client relationships, deliver exceptional service and maximise sales opportunities.
This role involves providing an outstanding customer experience, maintaining excellent product knowledge and supporting the day-to-day running of the boutique. Keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store, will also form part of the role.
Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays and peak trading periods is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively drive sales and consistently achieve individual and team targets.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide personalised styling advice.
- Support stock management, replenishment and inventory processes.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards throughout the store.
- Carry out keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures when required.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements
- Previous experience within luxury retail or a premium customer service environment.
- A strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving results and building a loyal client base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Additional language skills would be advantageous, particularly when supporting an international clientele, but are not essential.
