Sales Associate (Full-Time and Weekend Positions)
EMIN + PAUL is an innovative womenswear brand based in the heart of London. The brand is renowned for its creative aesthetic, with clever-cut designs that exude feminine flair and fashion-forward styles.
We are looking for driven Sales Associates with a vibrant and independent spirit to join our retail shop, on either a full-time or weekends-only basis. You will help achieve and exceed sales targets while providing an outstanding customer service experience. As a member of EMIN + PAUL, you will ensure clients receive a warm welcome while maintaining operational excellence.
Hours: Full-time (including weekends) or part-time, weekends only (Saturday and Sunday). Please state your preferred option in your application.

Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:
- Support the daily operations of the store
- Contribute to a positive team environment and help meet and exceed sales targets
- Ensure all paperwork, policies and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately
- Keep the customer at the heart of all operations, with customer focus in every decision
- Live the brand values and maintain the company's store standards
Required knowledge, skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of sales experience for full-time roles; at least 1 year for weekend roles
- Experience in retail or a similar industry
- Proven track record of driving sales
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interest in the EMIN + PAUL brand, with a passion for style, fashion and retail
- Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Influential and confident, able to deal with people at all levels and build effective working relationships
- Flexible and adaptable, with reliable availability for your chosen working pattern
