Responsibilities
A Sales Assistant is responsible for providing personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Client and Business Oriented
- Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand
- Play an active role on the shop floor
- Build up a loyal Clientele
- Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitors’ trading activities

- Meet Individual and Boutique sales targets and consignment goals
- Constantly improve quality of service, meet and exceed customer expectations
Operations
- Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies, and standards of the Company
- Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfers, payments, customer database, etc.)
- Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor
- Support the organization of back of house, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, shipping, etc. in accordance with Company’s standards
- Be involved in Stock and Inventory maintenance
- Report discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor/Store Manager
- Maintain merchandising standards

Boutique Facility and Maintenance
- Support Boutique facilities (cleaning, repairs, etc.)
- Oversee maintenance and clean Boutique environment
Profile
- Dynamic, friendly, and engaging personality
- Confident, multitasking, flexible
- Able to work as part of a sales team
- Action and Sales oriented
- Excellent customer and service attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
- English speaker; foreign languages are a plus
