As a Junior Account Manager, you'll learn how to build customer relationships, identify opportunities, and develop your commercial skills in one of the world's leading software and cloud solutions providers. You don't need an IT background. You bring your communication skills, ambition, and willingness to learn. We'll teach you the technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone, virtual, and written communication.
  • Learn to understand customer challenges and identify opportunities where SoftwareOne can help.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Support account growth through upselling and cross-selling activities.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and customer information using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with experienced sales professionals and specialists to create value for customers.
