YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to represent EX NIHILO within HARRODS H Beauty Chester. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a distinguished level of service that reflects the elegance and creativity of the EX NIHILO universe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Main responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalised client experiences consistent with EX NIHILO’s luxury service standards.
- Develop deep product knowledge to communicate the brand’s story, craftsmanship, and olfactory identity.
- Build lasting client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain impeccable counter presentation and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support promotional events and new product launches.
- Uphold EX NIHILO and HARRODS values at all times
What profile are we looking for?
PROFILE
- Previous experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, or retail sales (premium environment preferred).
- A genuine passion for perfumery and an understanding of the luxury client experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to deliver results through exceptional service.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends, late evenings, and key trading periods.
