Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Bonus + Commission
Location: Central London
Contract: Full-time
360 Talent is currently recruiting Sales Associates for a range of exciting opportunities with established luxury and premium fashion brands across Central London.
We are looking to connect with confident, personable, and commercially driven individuals who are passionate about fashion, customer experience, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised and professional customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Support clienteling activities and develop repeat business.
- Maintain strong product and brand knowledge.
- Support the wider team in maintaining excellent store standards.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within retail, sales, or a customer-facing environment.
- Luxury, premium, or fashion experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and commercially aware.
- Customer-focused with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Motivated by sales and achieving results.
- Polished, professional, and a strong team player.
