We are looking for
- A dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience with 1-3 years of previous experience in a luxury fashion retail environment.
- Experience in working to sales targets.
- Fluency in English, additional languages would be a benefit.
- A genuine interest, passion and love for clothing and styling, and knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- A presentable and articulate individual, ready to be the face of luxury cashmere.
- Ability to be organised, able to multitask and problem solve whilst working at pace.
- Strong communication skills.
- Someone who leads by example and role models behaviour that reflects the company’s core values.
- A high degree of maturity and integrity.

Key responsibilities
- Provide an enjoyable N.Peal purchase experience to every customer with the aim of building long term relationships and inspiring loyalty to the brand.
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained, with a focus on operational excellence, including loss prevention.
- Accurately process all POS transactions and capture of customer information.
- Assist when necessary, with operational and back of house duties, for example, stock takes and visual merchandising.
