At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living!

Are you passionate about healthcare, building strong customer relationships, and making a real difference to patient outcomes? We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Sports Medicine (SPM) business on a 12 month fixed term contract, supporting customers across Kent and East Sussex and helping drive the adoption of innovative sports medicine technologies that improve patient care and clinical outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your commercial expertise while working closely with healthcare professionals across your territory.

What will you be doing?

In this field based role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals across hospitals and clinical settings to support the successful use of our Sports Medicine (SPM) portfolio. Your days will be spent delivering product training, providing technical support, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will help customers implement and optimise treatment pathways, support product adoption, and work collaboratively with colleagues across Smith+Nephew to maximise opportunities within your territory. Through a combination of education, commercial focus, and customer partnership, you will contribute to both improved patient outcomes and business success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
