What You'll Be Doing

  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
  • Deepen the relationship with our clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
  • Building and growing your own client base, turning first-time shoppers into loyal, returning clients.
  • Hitting and exceeding personal and store sales targets.
  • Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Bringing Browns’ product knowledge and brand story to life, every day.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A natural relationship-builder who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Ambition, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow your career.

Requirements

  • Accomplished professional with a background in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client/service related roles.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Preferred Qualification - A University Degree.
