As we continue to grow internationally, we are excited to open our new boutique in London and are looking for talented individuals to help shape this new chapter.

Your Mission

At Fusalp, every team member contributes to the overall success of the boutique. Beyond delivering exceptional client experience, you will actively support all aspects of daily store operations, from stock management and visual merchandising to deliveries, opening and closing procedures. We believe that operational excellence is a shared responsibility.

You will:

  • Welcome and advise a local and international clientele with professionalism and authenticity.
  • Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and clienteling.
  • Understand clients' needs and recommend products that reflect their lifestyle and expectations.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and boutique sales targets.
  • Share the story, craftsmanship and technical expertise behind every Fusalp collection.
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
  • Take ownership of the boutique's day-to-day operations, including stock management, deliveries, replenishment, inventories, cash handling and maintaining impeccable boutique standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment where everyone supports the success of the boutique.

What will help you succeed

You enjoy building relationships, thrive in a premium retail environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • At least up to 1 years’ experience in premium, luxury retail or high-end Premium Fashion
  • A genuine passion for customer experience and commercial performance.
  • A strong understanding of luxury service standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and an appreciation for visual merchandising.
  • Flexibility to work across different London locations when required.
  • Availability to work a flexible rota, including weekends and peak trading periods.
