TERMS: full-time permanent contract

SALARY RANGE: £26,437 to £29,000

Job Responsibilities

Your Mission and Role

As a Sales Associate within our luxury retail environment, your role is essential in delivering exceptional customer experience, achieving store targets and supporting the daily operations of the boutique.

Customer Experience & Sales:

  • Welcome customers and provide outstanding, personalized customer service.
  • Contribute to the achievement of store targets and sales objectives.
  • Build and develop a personal customer portfolio and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Manage customer data, recalls and after-sales activities using company-provided devices.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the Senior Manager when required.
  • Make effective use of digital tools to maximize sales opportunities.

Product & Store Excellence:

  • Maintain excellent knowledge of products, inventory, new shipments and product information.
  • Maintain outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standards.
  • Support stock activities, including deliveries and stock maintenance.
  • Support the processing of e-commerce marketplace orders following the Store Manager's instructions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Store Manager and boutique team to achieve sales and operational objectives.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including grooming and uniform guidelines.

Profile

Previous experience: 2–3 years in a similar Sales Associate, Client Advisor or Sales Consultant role within luxury, fashion or premium retail.

Soft Skills: Customer-oriented, results-driven and proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable, flexible and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Clienteling & CRM: Ability to develop a customer portfolio, manage customer relationships and use CRM tools effectively.

Product & IT Skills: Deep knowledge of products and inventory. Good Excel/Word skills and familiarity with CRM, retail and digital tools.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong sales and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to adapt to the work environment and changing business needs.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Commitment to maintaining luxury retail, service and presentation standards.
