Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion
Location: Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,732 per annum
Commission: 0.5%–1%
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Sales Associate to join a top-performing concession within Harvey Nichols.
This role is ideal for an experienced luxury or premium retail professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, developing a loyal client base and achieving strong sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised and elevated customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Proactively develop new business and identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain excellent product and brand knowledge.
- Support the wider team in maintaining high standards across the concession.

- Previous experience within luxury or premium fashion retail.
- A strong clienteling background with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Customer-focused, confident, and commercially aware.
- Sales-driven with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Tenacious, proactive, and motivated.
- Polished, professional, and an excellent brand ambassador.
