About The Client:

A luxury fragrance and beauty brand known for creating distinctive products and memorable customer experiences. Based in Central London, the company offers a creative and customer-focused retail environment.

The Role:

We are recruiting a Sales Associate to deliver a warm, personalised and knowledgeable service to every customer. You will help customers discover products that feel personal to them while supporting sales performance, maintaining exceptional store standards and bringing the brand’s approach to fragrance to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Welcome customers and provide personalised product recommendations and fragrance consultations.
  • Sales Performance: Drive sales, conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction through confident customer engagement.
  • Brand Experiences: Host signature fragrance and candle experiences, creating memorable moments for customers.
  • Client Relationships: Build relationships with new and existing customers while supporting clienteling activity, VIP appointments, events and store activations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a detailed understanding of the fragrance and beauty collection, brand story and product benefits.
  • Store Operations: Process transactions accurately and support stock deliveries, replenishment, stock counts and back-of-house organisation.
  • Store Standards: Maintain excellent visual merchandising, cleanliness and overall store presentation.
  • Teamwork and Compliance: Contribute positively to daily store targets while following operational, health and safety, security and loss-prevention procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for fragrance, beauty and delivering memorable customer experiences.
  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience; luxury or premium retail experience would be advantageous.
  • Confident, engaging and able to build strong customer relationships naturally.
  • A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for working towards individual and team targets.
  • Proactive, dependable and attentive to detail.
  • A positive and flexible team player who is comfortable learning and sharing detailed product knowledge.
  • Availability to work a flexible rota, including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.

Working Arrangements:

This is a six-month fixed-term contract based in Central London. The role requires flexibility across weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
