The Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll deliver a warm and personalised experience, helping customers discover products while supporting the wider team and day-to-day store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised customer service and fragrance consultations
  • Support sales targets and learn key retail KPIs including conversion, ATV and UPT
  • Host signature fragrance and candle experiences
  • Build customer relationships and support clienteling, VIP appointments and events
  • Develop strong product and brand knowledge
  • Process transactions and support deliveries, replenishment and stock counts
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards
  • Work collaboratively while following operational, health & safety, security and loss-prevention procedures

About You

  • Recent graduate or early in your career and keen to gain commercial experience
  • Passionate about fragrance, beauty, luxury or retail
  • Confident, personable and comfortable engaging with customers
  • Proactive, dependable and attentive to detail
  • Positive, flexible and eager to learn
  • Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Available to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods
