Sales Associate - Luxury Pre-Owned Watches & Jewellery
Location: Penthouse Showroom or Royal Exchange Boutique, London
Salary: Up to £35,000 plus a very strong commission scheme
Hours: Monday-Saturday 10-5pm

They are expanding and looking for a polished, passionate Sales Associate to join the growing retail team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a premium environment and has a genuine interest in horology, fine jewellery, and luxury client service.
The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will play an integral part in the client experience—offering tailored advice, guiding clients through high-value purchases, and building long-term relationships. You'll be working from either our exclusive penthouse showroom or our boutique in the Royal Exchange.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to all clients
- Support customers through the full sales journey, from greeting to closing
- Maintain deep product knowledge of pre-owned luxury watches and jewellery
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Assist with product merchandising and showroom/store presentation
- Work with the wider team on stock management, pricing, and product updates
- Contribute to the overall brand experience, ensuring a seamless and premium feel
- Help support private appointments and VIP client viewings

About You
- Strong experience in luxury retail, watches, jewellery, or similar premium environment
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Naturally client-focused, warm, and professional
- Passion for watches, jewellery, and the luxury market
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-value sales environment
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
