Sales Associate
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join an independent, sustainability-led luxury fashion house at an exciting stage of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial, self-motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional with a passion for sophisticated, understated and timeless luxury.
The Role
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and manage a strong CRM/client book through effective clienteling and digital outreach.
- Drive new client acquisition and build long-term relationships with high-spending clients.
- Utilise existing relationships with external stylists, personal shoppers, concierge and luxury networks.
- Demonstrate strong RTW knowledge and styling skills.
- Be proactive during low-footfall periods, using time effectively for outreach, follow-ups and business development.
- Identify and implement initiatives to drive sales, including events, styling appointments and networking opportunities.
- Bring a solution-driven, resourceful and ownership-led approach to the role.

About You
- 2–3 years' luxury fashion experience, ideally within RTW.
- Proven track record as a strong seller in a KPI-driven environment.
- An established transferable client book, particularly with clients purchasing at a high price point.
- Strong styling and client relationship skills.
- Confident developing new business and bringing new clients into the brand.
- Proactive, commercial and highly motivated.
- Sophisticated, polished and passionate about refined, quiet luxury.
- Entrepreneurial with an ownership mindset and the ability to work independently.
