Role Description
The Sales Associate role is a full-time, hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Associate will engage prospective students and professionals via calls, emails, and online consultations to present MIM Prep’s services and convert leads into paying clients. This role includes managing inbound inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with mentors and the operations team to understand offerings, tailor pitches, and ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. The role also involves contributing to outreach campaigns, gathering feedback from clients, and identifying opportunities to improve the sales process and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and clearly explain complex services to diverse audiences.
- Sales and customer service experience, ideally within education, coaching, or professional services environments.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., email platforms, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple leads and tasks while meeting targets and deadlines.
- Comfort with hybrid working arrangements, including video calls, virtual presentations, and remote collaboration.
- Strong, demonstrable awareness of the higher education, consulting, and banking industries — able to speak credibly about target schools, application processes, and recruiting pathways from day one; general interest alone is not sufficient.
- Proactive mindset, resilience in a sales environment, and readiness to learn and adapt based on feedback and performance data.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university required
