Company Description

AirOperate is a specialist property management company focused on delivering premium Airbnb hosting services. The team manages every aspect of short-term rentals, including property setup, online listings, pricing management, and performance maximisation for occupancy and revenue. Services cover property marketing over various channels, professional cleaning, guest communication, guest bookings management, and 24-hour check-in and key exchange. AirOperate also oversees account performance, on-call support, property maintenance, and home replenishments, providing owners with a fully managed, hassle-free hosting experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective guests and property owners, conduct guest/tenant viewings, present AirOperate’s management services, handle tenant ID checks/contract signing, and guide potential clients through the onboarding process.

  • Conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Site visits

  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system

The role involves collaborating with operations and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery. The Sales Associate will be expected to meet sales targets while providing clear, professional communication and building long-term relationships with tenants and property owners.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, ideally within property management, hospitality, or related services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in client-facing conversations, presentations, and negotiation.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with experience using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to understand owner needs, explain service offerings clearly, and manage expectations.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
  • Basic understanding of rental platforms (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla, Airbnb) and an interest in hospitality or property markets.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred; relevant training or education in Sales, Business, or Marketing is beneficial.
