The Sales Assistant Role:
- You'll be at the heart of the store experience - welcoming customers, bringing our products and fragrances to life and helping create the kind of visit people remember.
- Be a proud ambassador for Yankee Candle®, representing a brand known for quality, heritage, growth and opportunity.
- Go beyond transactional service to create genuine connections, memorable moments and lasting impressions for every customer.
- Build brilliant product knowledge and use storytelling to bring fragrances and products to life in a natural, engaging way.
- Listen to customers, understand what they are looking for and make thoughtful recommendations that feel personal rather than scripted.
- Contribute to a positive store culture by embracing your teammates, helping others and recognising that great retail is a team effort.
- Thrive on the buzz of fast-paced retail, bringing energy, urgency and positivity when the store gets busy.
- Take pride in the details, from welcoming customers through the door to making sure they leave with a reason to come back.
