Join our world-famous Harrods Food Halls as a Sales Associate, working alongside a passionate, supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable moments for every customer. We are currently hiring for multiple positions in the Food Hall.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for creating world-class customer experiences in store. You do this by putting customers at the heart of everything you do, building strong customer relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge. The environment is fast-paced, customer service focused, and you can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience.

Our teams are trusted to work with autonomy, and you will also:

  • Share ideas and best practice across your team and other divisions to enable everyone to perform at their best.
  • Take time to understand and learn about our customers to be able to tailor your approach. Make every customer interaction personalised and memorable, setting us apart.
  • Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements whilst highlighting the features & benefits of the product.
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation and strong product availability through effective stock management and replenishment.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene practices as well as checking the environment is clean, well-presented and inviting.

About You

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values, and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. With a strong passion to work with food, along with proven experience working in Food Retail or Hospitality, you will also have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients.

You will also:

  • Have strong communication skills, and great attention to detail.
  • Be driven by passion for our customers and delivering best in class service.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product and Harrods knowledge. This includes your own Division and wider services across the Store.
  • Be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more.
  • Be open to feedback from your manager, peers, colleagues and customers alike and responsive in taking actions for improvements.
