As a Sales Associate, you’re the face of Under Armour—crafting unforgettable customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring the store stays sleek and premium.

Your Impact
We rely on our Sales Associates to:
- Offer exceptional customer service—from warm greetings to seamless checkout
- Recommend the perfect apparel and footwear for every customer
- Share passion and knowledge about our products
- Stock, organize, and maintain the store
- Handle front-of-store and back-of-store tasks, including point-of-sale and payments
- Manage customer requests through omni-channel digital experiences
- Collaborate effectively as part of a high-energy team
- Perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Educate customers about the Rewards program to build loyalty
- Uphold Under Armour’s attendance policy
- Fulfill digital and omnichannel roles with confidence

Requirements
To apply, you must meet these minimum criteria:
- At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
- Able to walk/support customer movements, manage inventory, and lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg
- Local language fluency required; basic English proficiency highly beneficial
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends where needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to function independently or collaboratively
- Capable of bending, squatting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable with technology (computers, handheld devices, mobile solutions)
- Willing to learn and adapt to digital workflows and retail operations

Hourly Rate: £12.75 – £14.03
