What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional, positive customer experiences that are effortless, inspiring, and memorable.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and the La Senza selling model to achieve personal and store sales goals, including Sales Per Associate Hour (SPAH) and conversion metrics.
- Drive personal sales performance and contribute to store success through confident customer engagement.
- Demonstrate teamwork across all zones to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey.
- Contribute to a fun, inclusive, and team-driven atmosphere that celebrates success and collaboration.
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and register transactions (as assigned).
- Maintain visual presentation standards by keeping displays full, organized, and aligned with the brand guide.
- Replenish merchandise efficiently to ensure all sizes, colors, and styles are represented on the sales floor.
- Assist with merchandise preparation, including accurate ticketing, markdowns, markups, and promotional pricing.
- Uphold brand standards through proper handling of product transfers, damages, and compliance items.
- Maintain awareness of product availability and customer requests, sharing feedback with store leadership to improve assortment and service.
- Support loss-prevention initiatives by promoting a culture of honesty and connecting strong customer service with shrink reduction.
- Support Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Take pride in the store’s appearance by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Lead with professionalism, positivity, and pride in representing the La Senza brand.
