Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Associate will welcome customers, provide knowledgeable guidance on collections and materials, and support clients in finding pieces that reflect their personal journeys and occasions. The role involves developing product expertise in high-purity gold, diamonds, and gemstones, supporting inventory checks, and assisting with special orders or bespoke requests. The Sales Associate will also contribute to customer relationship building, follow company procedures on responsible sourcing and documentation, and collaborate with the team to meet sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers in a respectful and inclusive manner.
- Sales and retail experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or a similar high-value product environment.
- Product knowledge or interest in fine jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals, with a willingness to learn about heritage craftsmanship and the brand’s collections.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken English and confident interpersonal skills for in-person consultations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions, documentation, and inventory processes.
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic digital literacy, including use of point-of-sale systems and standard office or retail software.
- Prior experience in the London retail market and familiarity with responsible sourcing or ethical luxury practices is an advantage.
