Cayman Gifts & Souvenirs is recruiting for an experienced Sales Associate within our organization. This role involves a blend of customer service, sales skills, and operational tasks.

Primary Duties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including holidays and weekends
- Achieve sales targets set by Senior Sales Associate and Management
- In-Depth experience with POS systems and end of day cash balancing process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong selling skills and ability to cross sell products
- Experience with handling customer complaints and ability to resolve in a satisfactory manner
- Work with other sales associate to achieve annual revenue
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Product knowledge (varies by industry)
