We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Technology Sales Associate to become the face of our technology offering on the shop floor. If you enjoy connecting with people, understanding emerging technologies, and helping customers find the right solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Technology Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging and informative shopping experience for our customers. Combining the "Art of Selling" with strong technical product knowledge, you'll provide tailored recommendations that meet customer needs while driving sales performance and encouraging repeat visits.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and expert technology advice.
- Helping customers discover products and solutions that best suit their needs.
- Demonstrating technology products and explaining features and benefits.
- Building strong customer relationships through personalized service.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales environment.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory activities.
- Staying up to date with the latest technology trends, products, and innovations.
- Contributing to sales targets, team objectives, and a positive store culture.

About You
You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail, technology sales, customer service, or hospitality, and have a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
You are motivated by achieving sales targets and enjoy helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. You take pride in your professionalism, product knowledge, and ability to translate technical information into simple, customer-friendly advice.
Your high standards set you apart, and you consistently demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
You will also:
- Previous retail, technology sales, or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential).
- A genuine passion for consumer technology and innovation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence demonstrating products and explaining technical features.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- A desire to learn about new technologies and industry trends.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
