What you will do:

  • Be the face of Impress, greet customers, sell Impress treatments and productions, and guide customers through timelines and expectations
  • Engage and form a genuine connection with our customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile
  • Take responsibility for the customers from the first visit until the end of treatment, solve issues of problem patients
  • Engage in marketing, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots and video recordings
  • Train new comers and sales associates, doctors and medical staff
  • Create schedules and ensure best team performance
  • Track conversions and ensure good performance
  • Meet sales budgets
  • Ensure 100% amazing look and feel in the clinics

What we expect from you:

  • +2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the Dental Industry will be considered as a plus
  • You are a team player, positive, curious and enthusiast
  • You are goal oriented and you like working with autonomy
  • You are proactive and eager to take responsibilities
  • You have high communication skills
  • English is highly recommended
