Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in London and take part in the business expansion. The ideal candidate will be passionate about collectible design and have strong sales and client relations skills.

Main Purpose of the Job

To maximise all sales opportunities and reach the gallery’s Sales targets whilst maintaining the AS standards in all areas. To create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the gallery's commercial objectives
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of UK and EMEA clients, proactively identifying and cultivating new business
  • Represent the gallery at fairs and industry events, supporting outreach before and during
  • Provide clients with expert product knowledge and a tailored, high-touch buying experience
  • Process sales end-to-end, including offers, invoicing and post-sale follow-up
  • Maintain merchandising standards, stock levels and product presentation
  • Oversee daily administration, reporting and client database management
  • Collaborate with colleagues, Head Office and production to ensure smooth gallery operations

  • Minimum 5 years in a relevant sales or client-facing role ideally within interior design or collectible design
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of Collectible Design, Furniture or Architecture
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales/invoicing systems
  • Additional languages an advantage

Terms

  • Full-time, based at our Grafton Street gallery (W1S 4FE)
  • Occasional international travel required
  • Some weekend and evening work required for previews and events
  • Competitive salary based on experience
