Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based at UK Versity Online’s Manchester location. The Sales Associate will engage prospective learners via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing information about courses, entry requirements, fees, and progression routes.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Following up on leads
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Guiding applicants through the admissions and enrollment process

The role will involve:
- Meeting individual and team sales targets
- Participating in promotional events or open days
- Collaborating with marketing and academic teams to improve learner recruitment strategies
The Sales Associate is expected to:
- Provide professional, learner-focused service
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Represent UK Versity’s values in all interactions
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales, student recruitment, or customer-facing roles, preferably within education or professional services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex course information in a clear and supportive manner.
- Competence in using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and online communication platforms to manage leads and maintain accurate records.
- Proven ability to meet targets, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of higher education pathways, vocational qualifications, or UK university systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Manchester, collaborate with diverse teams, and provide inclusive, non-discriminatory service to learners from varied backgrounds.
- Relevant qualification in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is desirable; equivalent experience will also be considered.
