Are We a Match?
- Any sales background (SDR, BDR, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, D2D, retention, renovations and similar).
- Fluent English speakers who are genuinely ready to move to Malta soon.
- People with high financial ambition and the goal of growing fast.
- EU passport / EU citizenship required.
Compensation
Base salary plus uncapped commission and a bonus structure. An average performer can expect to earn €35K+ in year one and €55K+ in year two, as total compensation. Top performers are making €60K+
